Why People Trust Me

Real Experience: I have personally gone through the journey from career uncertainty to building my own practice, so I understand your challenges not from books.

Depth + Structure: I combine empathy and listening skills with a clear, structured approach to addressing issues.

Certification: I completed training at CoachingUp University according to ICF standards, which guarantees a professional and ethical approach to work.

Common Issues I Address

When everything seems stable on the outside, but inside there is a feeling: something needs to change, but it’s unclear what exactly and how.

How to consciously change professional direction, format, or pace of work;
How to get out of a state of uncertainty, a "ceiling," or loss of motivation;
How to make important career decisions without abrupt steps and exhaustion;
How to combine professional development with balance and self-care;
How to regain a sense of meaning and support in work that no longer fulfills you.

My Approach

My approach is not about ready-made advice or quick fixes.

I create a safe and structured coaching space where we:

Understand what is really happening in your current professional situation;
Explore internal doubts, limitations, and fears that hinder progress;
Clarify desired changes and real possibilities;
Find solutions that align with your values, experience, and resources.

How I Help

Bring professional clarity to goals and development directions;
Strengthen internal support before changes;
Make balanced career decisions without rush or self-pressure;
Move toward changes at your own pace, without burnout.

Work Format

I work online, 1:1 coaching. Corporate format is also available.

I invite you to a free 20-minute introductory conversation – we will discuss your request and see if we are a good fit.
