When to Contact Me

Contact me when you need to make an important decision about your work or life but haven’t yet been able to determine what’s right for you on your own. For example:

Your current situation no longer works for you. You’ve invested a lot in your work, profession, or business, but you don’t want to continue as you are. What to change and what to keep is still unclear.
You have several options, but none offers everything that matters to you. A higher income might mean less freedom; more interesting work might involve greater risk. You understand the arguments but can’t decide which trade-offs you’re willing to make.
You’ve given it a lot of thought, but the question remains unresolved. You may even know which decision seems logical, yet something about it holds you back. You want to understand what that is.
Other people depend on you, and you need to act. There are expectations from senior management, your team’s needs, and your own view of the situation. You need to decide how to have a difficult conversation, set boundaries, or change the way things are done.

You can also come to me as you put a decision into practice: when you begin making changes in your everyday life, encounter other people’s reactions, have doubts, or discover circumstances you hadn’t considered. This may call for working together over time, returning to what has worked and what needs another look.

How I Work

I take time to understand how you see the question you’re facing and what you’re experiencing. For example, I might notice that you want two things that conflict with each other or that you’re holding yourself to expectations that no longer fit your needs or what you can realistically do. I’ll share that observation, and you can tell me how accurate it is.

Together, we’ll explore what this means for your choice: what matters to you, what you would have to give up, what your circumstances allow, how it affects others, and how it might change you personally. Sometimes you need time to come to terms with what you’ve already understood.

Gradually, a decision takes shape, along with an understanding of what to do next. After your first steps, we can come back and discuss what turned out differently from what you expected. What happens between our meetings becomes part of the next conversation: your experience may confirm your initial thinking or lead you to reconsider it.

For Organizations

I work with private clients and am open to working with organizations to support leaders and experienced professionals through organizational change and transitions in their work or careers. This includes situations where the organization, business, or role has changed, while people still rely on ways of thinking and working that served them well in the past.

About Me

I’m Nataliia Rastehaieva, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I have over 20 years of experience in business and nonprofit organizations, managing projects, products, and teams, and training people. I know what change and responsibility look like, both as a decision-maker and from within an organization.

I’ve completed over 750 hours of coaching and hold the AgileBrain Master Practitioner qualification. I use this tool selectively when it helps clients better understand their own reactions.

AgileBrain is a brief image-based assessment that helps you explore what matters most to you right now and how it may influence your decisions.
