About Me

My name is Oksana Melnychenko.

I am a psychoanalytic coach: I combine the conscious (coaching) and the unconscious (psychoanalysis). I conduct consultations online.

I am a graduate of the first International Academy of Psychoanalytic Coaching, and I hold a diploma and certificates.

What I Work With

career growth and professional fulfilment;
work-life balance;
finding a genuine desire;
overcoming the fear of failure;
feeling frozen or stuck on the way to your goal;
starting your own business;
financial growth;
finding yourself and new interests;
scaling and developing your own business;
overcoming the fear of visibility, success and public presence.

About Psychoanalytic Coaching

Psychoanalytic coaching is a journey to oneself. I help to find hidden motives, overcome unconscious defense mechanisms (shame, guilt, procrastination, etc.) to open up new possibilities. My task is to support you in changes and show that even the most difficult barriers can be transformed into a resource.

The Goal of Psychoanalytic Coaching

My goal is to help you:

build a clear action plan and move towards the result;
see and overcome internal obstacles (fear, doubts, procrastination, resistance, freezing, shame, guilt, etc.);
find a balance between analysis and concrete steps;
discover new opportunities in difficult situations.

Approach to Work

I will not tell you what and how you need to do, rescue you, or judge your path.

I will be by your side on the way to your goal. I will help you choose your decisions and actions that will be comfortable and productive for you.

How the Consultation Works

Questions and Answers

What topics do you work with?

Career growth, work-life balance, finding a genuine desire, the fear of failure, starting your own business, visibility and others from the list above. Cannot find your topic? Message me privately on Telegram (the link is in the profile) and we will consider it.

What happens during a consultation?

It is a warm conversation about your goals and desires. We analyse your resources, build concrete steps toward the goal and work through obstacles and fears.

What do I need for a consultation?

A quiet place without other people and a stable internet connection. The consultation is online via Zoom or Telegram, with video required.

Do I need to have the Zoom app?

No. If you book a consultation on the website, a Zoom meeting is created automatically. If you booked another way, I send you the link. Either way, all you need to do is join using the link.
