About Me

I am a sales manager and Sales & CRM Consultant with over 12 years of experience in B2B, B2C, and e-commerce, and more than 7 years in team management.

I help businesses build manageable sales systems through strategy, KPIs, CRM, analytics, automation, and team development. For me, it is important not just to implement a single tool, but to create a system that can be controlled, forecasted, and scaled.

In my work, I combine managerial experience, analytics, and practical work with sales teams.

Tasks I Work With

sales system audit and identification of bottlenecks;
development and adjustment of sales strategy;
building or restructuring the sales department;
CRM implementation and process automation;
building KPIs, motivation systems, and plan-fact control;
development and optimization of the sales funnel;
development of B2B, B2C, and e-commerce directions;
retention and repeat sales;
scaling sales channels.

Experience and Results

I have experience in long-term management of sales departments as well as project work with businesses in various fields.

Key results include:

+92% growth in gross profit;
+39% increase in average check;
growth of upsell share from 1.8% to 22%;
+114% increase in repeat purchases;
up to +82% revenue growth year over year;
up to +215% growth in individual sales channels.

In project format, I have worked with the automotive business, an alcoholic beverage manufacturer, a jewelry brand, and a children's camp. Tasks included sales audit, CRM, KPIs, motivation, strategy, funnels, and roadmaps for scaling.

How I Work

I do not start by restructuring the entire business.

First, I analyze:

the team;
sales channels;
the funnel;
CRM;
KPIs and motivation;
key indicators and plan-fact.

After diagnosis, I identify the points that most affect the result, set priorities, and implement targeted changes.

The next stage is system consolidation, analytics, and scaling what has already shown results.

Who I Can Be Useful To

Business owners and managers who:

have sales dependent on manual control;
lack a transparent funnel and forecasting;
have CRM but it does not help manage sales;
KPIs do not influence results;
find it difficult to understand where exactly clients and money are lost;
need to restructure or scale the sales department;
have growth potential but no clear roadmap.

My focus is to make sales more transparent, manageable, and scalable.
